This is to announce the operating environment of V-cube Services under the most recent OS for Mac, "Mac OS X Lion" which was released from Apple, Inc. in July 20th 2011.

【Applicable Services】

When using the above "V-cube Services" on "Mac OS X Lion," following may occur.

[Incident Case 1]
The "Allow" / "Deny" button for the camera and microphone may not function and setting from right click does not respond.
(The setting from right click can use TAB key and direct to "close" to close by space bar, but cannot close the dialogue of "microphone / camera allow" window.

>> Getting around:
Following steps on Flash Player 10.3 and above would get around the issue.
Go to; System Settings > Flash Player > Camera and Microphone > Camera and Microphone Setting at Each Site and set to "Allow" for "meeting.nice2meet.us" in case of "V-cube meeting," and the same to "seminar.nice2meet.us" for "V-cube Seminar."

[Incident case 2]
When moving mouse cursor to the area where it is changed to pointer, such as in Whiteboard area, then the mouse cursor would disappear when it is moved outside of the area under the same Flash Player.

>> Getting around
Move the mouse cursor to the area outside of the Flash Player area.
